Policy for Summer Bridals Purchased Online
If you are unsatisfied with an online bridal purchase, you may return the product and receive online store credit for the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our Bridal Consultants, after which the case will be independently reviewed by the Head of Bridals. If the issue is deemed valid, the return and issuance of store credit will be approved.
Bridal Refund and Exchange Policy

Policy Statement
Since each bridal is a unique couture creation tailor-made for our clients, we follow a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy.
Bridals, once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Form Conditions
All NS customers purchasing any NS product agree to the following terms:
a) Each bridal piece is a custom couture creation; therefore, NS practices a no refund and no exchange policy.
b) A 50% advance payment of the total sale value is required at the time of placing the order. Without this payment, your order will not be forwarded to production.
c) If an order is completed and transferred to the studio but not collected within 14 days, and if the remaining balance has not been paid in full, NS reserves the right to retain the advance payment and sell the bridal piece.
d) Orders (excluding fast-track orders) must be cancelled within 48 hours to qualify for a full refund.
If production has already begun, NS reserves the right to retain 25% of the total sale value.
e) Once an order has entered production and framework work has started, cancellation will result in the retention of the complete advance amount paid.
f) Any design alteration requests must be made within one week of placing the order.
No changes will be accepted after this period. The customer must be physically present to sign the updated order form.
g) If the client misses their cotton-fitting appointment, NS will not be responsible for any sizing issues or delays caused by last-minute alterations resulting from non-attendance.
